movie maker and me

In my life, this is my very first time to encounter "movie maker." But I have heard about it before but I don't know what is it about.

Even though this is my first time to open a Windows Movie Maker in the computer, well it's not hard for me to do it,,,(basta ganun). While Ma'am Eve is discussing how to use the software, because of my curiosity, I tried operating the Movie maker by myself, without the knowledge of Ma'am Eve. At first I was curious about those blocks below the Movie Task Pane, it came to my mind that maybe those blocks are for the pictures so I tried dragging pictures over those. And I'm happy, am right. It's nice.

When the period is over, I have discovered many things about Movie Maker, so by next time I am ready to make my own Movie maker by my own.I'm now ready Movie Maker.

JSP: It's Over!!!

Colorful gowns, faces with touch of make-ups, different hair-dos, these are just some of the things that comes in our mind when we hear the word-acronym, JSP. But of course, dance is one of those.

Last February 13, 2009, we seniors and juniors attended our JS Promenade. The last Js for us seniors and the first JS of the juniors. It started at exactly 3:00 in the afternoon and ended at 8:00 in the evening.

Actually, I decided not to come before because I was worried about who will fetch me. My mother told me many times not to go because she is not sure if my elder brother will find time to fetch me. But then, I realized, it's my last JSP and it will never happen again in my life because I'm about to graduate. So I convinced my mother.

We enjoyed the party, yes, slight because the time is not enough. We wished the teachers to extend the party, but they did not hear us.

I enjoyed the party especially when they played a rock music, oh yeah!! We get wild! My friends and I went to the dance floor and there we dance together. We dance and we're very, very happy. We're very noisy also.

When the party is over, I went straight at home. My mother and my brother fetch me. Surely, I will keep those moments in my high school life forever.

JSP is one of the unforgettable moments in my high school life.

Second to the very Last

This last Third Periodical Test in our high school life, I was so really, really had up. Why? Because of so many reasons, first we were busy at the The Dove encoding all the articles needed for the school paper so I wasn't able to attend my classes. Because of this I missed some lessons, I even missed exercises, quizzes and assignments. And I really regret for it. But before the test, I told my two friends to come to school early for us to review. So we did, we came early to school, to review. I used their notes to review on to, and I really thank them, without them I might got low scores in all the tests we took.

This Third Periodical Exam has been a great nightmare for me because I got low scores in some of my subjects, even in my favorite subject, Math. Resulting to this, some of my grades went down, which I really don't want to happen, however some of my grades in the other subjects went up a little and even remained. With this, I went down in the class standing. And I didn't even included in the top 10. This is my very first time in my student life that I was not included in the top 10.

This Forth Grading Period, I promise to cope up in my studies. I will do my best to be included again especially I am about to graduate on March. I will again make it to the top.

Away

Christmas is one of the most awaited day of our life because it's the time when we give and receive gifts from our parents,relatives, friends, ninongs and ninangs and especially our special ones. But these gifts are useless if it is given without love, because above all the gifts we accept, love is the greatest among those and love is one of the three essences of Christmas, to love, to forgive and forget and to share what we have to the needy ones. That's why some people say, and even songs do, let's make everyday a Christmas day.

When Christmas comes we usually have a week, or more, school-break. Christmas, I believe, is a family day because during Christmas some or most of the families around the world, are having their family reunions. But last Christmas, sad to say, I was away from pour house , from my family. Last Christmas, I was with my relatives. So, I was sad.

Last Christmas, when the clock says 2:00 in the morning I used to get up from bed to attend the Simbang Gabi. I tried to complete the sessions of the Simbang Gabi but unfortunately I did not. I missed the last Simbang Gabi and the Misa de Gallo, I regret for it. But I promise to complete the Simbang Gabi this coming Christmas 2009.

Last Christmas I was absolutely bored because I haven't seen my friends. I missed them, especially the two of my close friends. And I also miss school life and I also missed him.....(secret). Staying in my relatives made me also miss my family because this is very first time that I will celebrate Christmas away from them, especially my father is at home.

When the clock strikes at 12:00, I had made three wishes. The first one is for my family, the second one is for my friends and the last one is for them....

Despite of being bored, I'm still happy celebrating Christmas , and even New Year, because God has gave me another year to live for, and to survive for and to spend for good. But let's still and always remember, the gifts we receive has no meaning if there's no love in it, because Christmas means loving and loving means forgiving and forgiving results to sharing. That's my own definition of Christmas.

I did it with Them!

In our studies, there's always a time wherein we will come across or encounter things we didn't know previously. For me, it's the essence of being a student, to learn something we didn't know.

HTML was introduced to us in the Second Quarter of our studies in ICT IV. And we had made many exercises in HTML since, using the so-called "notepad."

Actually, we had made 8 exercises from it. And the latest is the Exers 6, 7 and 8, of course. Exer 6 is quite easy. We're just going to put background color to the context. I didn't exerted much effort to do it. But of course, at first, I was really innocent. I don't know what i am going to do so, I asked for my classmates' help and assistance.

Exer 7 , it's just the same with exer 6 but the difference of the two is that, in exer 7 we are going to put a background picture while exer 6 is a background color. i get the picture installed in the computer. I took much effort to do it because of some unwanted errors. Though it's hard, I still did it with my best and with the assistance of my classmates.

This Third Grading, I was really busy because we were busy encoding articles for our school paper so I excused in my classes many times, maybe for two weeks or more. With this, I had missed many lessons and exercises especially in ICT. When the school paper was already published and distributed, I have the responsibility to cope up in my studies. In ICT, I missed one exercise, Exer8.

With the assistance of my classmates, though i don't know what to do, I still did it. So, I thank my classmates for being so considerate and for helping me do my Exers. And i also thank God for having them as my classmates even though graduation is fast approaching.
